1. Authentication Policy

At F2 Watches, every timepiece we offer is inspected and authenticated in-house to the best of our professional ability. Our process combines industry-recognised techniques, years of experience, and methods trusted by other established watch dealers across the UK.

Where appropriate, most watches are opened and checked by a certified watch technician to confirm authenticity, verify movement details, and ensure all components are genuine.

While no independent dealer can guarantee absolute accuracy in every instance, our success rate is exceptionally high. In cases where there is any uncertainty, we will seek verification from an unbiased third party or consult other reputable professionals within the watch industry before completing a sale.

F2 Watches does not issue certificates of authenticity, but we do guarantee the authenticity of all watches sold. If a watch purchased from us — identified by matching model and serial number, and accompanied by proof of purchase — is ever proven to be non-genuine, we will require written confirmation from three independent, recognised sources within the industry to support the claim before proceeding with resolution.

Our goal is to maintain complete transparency and uphold the highest possible standards of trust and integrity in every transaction.

2. Shipping & Handling Policy

Unless otherwise stated via a banner on our website or through an official announcement on our social media channels, all orders are dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days) of purchase confirmation.

F2 Watches ships exclusively via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, ensuring next-business-day delivery and full insurance coverage for the total value of the watch. A signature will be required upon delivery.

For security reasons, we only ship to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Requests to amend or redirect an order after checkout cannot be accommodated.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address via our website.

At this time, we ship to the United Kingdom only.

Any loss or damage to a parcel must be reported to F2 Watches within five (5) working days of the expected delivery date. Reports must include supporting evidence, such as tracking details or communication from Royal Mail, to allow us to investigate the matter promptly.

We take every possible measure to ensure your watch is securely packaged, fully insured, and handled with the utmost care until it reaches you safely.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At F2 Watches, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. All watches are inspected, photographed, and described accurately prior to sale. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, please review the following policy.

3.1 – Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online or at a distance are entitled to cancel and return their order within 14 calendar days from the day after the item is received.

To initiate a return, please contact F2 Watches via email within this 14-day period. Returns must be authorised in writing before sending the item back.

Returned items must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received (unworn, unaltered, and unmodified).

  • Include all accessories, documentation, and packaging originally supplied.

  • Have matching serial numbers and remain unmodified by any third party.

F2 Watches reserves the right to make reasonable deductions if the item shows signs of wear, handling, or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and we strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable service.

3.2 – Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days, provided the item meets the above conditions.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The watch is returned in a different condition from when sold.

  • Any items, paperwork, or accessories originally supplied are missing.

  • The serial number does not match our records.

  • Damage has occurred while in the customer’s possession or during unauthorised repair attempts.

3.3 – Faulty or Misdescribed Items

All items are thoroughly tested and authenticated prior to sale. In the unlikely event an item develops a fault within a reasonable time after purchase, and it is not the result of misuse, accidental damage, or third-party interference, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3.4 – Warranty

All quartz and automatic watches sold by F2 Watches include a 12-month movement warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers mechanical or movement-related faults only.
It does not cover:

  • Battery replacements.

  • Physical or accidental damage (e.g. knocks, drops, or scratches).

  • Water damage due to improper use (e.g. crown not secured).

  • Damage caused by third-party watchmakers or unauthorised servicing.

If you believe your watch requires attention, please contact us before seeking assistance elsewhere. Work carried out by another party without prior written consent from F2 Watches will invalidate the warranty entirely.

3.5 – Exchanges

Due to the unique and individual nature of our stock, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.

3.6 – Summary

F2 Watches is committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. While we must adhere to UK consumer law, we also aim to handle every return or warranty claim fairly and professionally.
4. Payment & Security Policy

4.1 – Payments

All payments are processed via Squarespace’s secure payment gateway, which uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information. Depending on the options made available at checkout, we may accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer.

F2 Watches does not have access to, or store, any full card or bank information. All payment data is processed exclusively through the secure provider to complete your order.

Payment is taken in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been successfully received and verified.

4.2 – Data & Privacy

We do not extract, share, or sell any personal data outside of what is required to process your order. The information collected through our website is limited to that necessary for:

We take great care to ensure all listings are accurate and reflect the true condition of each watch. All items are photographed in-house, and descriptions are based on both visual inspection and available documentation.

Please refer closely to the photographs and description provided before purchase. If you require additional images or videos, we encourage you to contact us before buying — we are happy to provide HD photos and videos tailored to your request.

As most items are pre-owned, some signs of wear may be present. These are always disclosed to the best of our ability.
Where watches have been refurbished, serviced, or polished, this will be stated clearly in the listing.

Pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or stock inaccuracies may occur on rare occasions. In such cases, F2 Watches reserves the right to correct or cancel an order prior to dispatch.

5.2 – Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated.

While we take great care to ensure accuracy, pricing errors or omissions may occasionally occur. In such cases, F2 Watches reserves the right to:

  • Cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

  • Notify the customer and provide the option to reorder at the correct price, or issue a full refund.

We are under no legal obligation to honour prices that are clearly incorrect due to typographical or system errors.

All items are subject to availability. Once sold, they are removed from the website as soon as possible.

5.3 – Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel

An order is considered accepted once payment has been received and dispatch has been confirmed.

F2 Watches reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Item no longer being available.

  • Payment not successfully authorised.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Significant pricing or listing error.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5.4 – Condition of Sale

All items sold by F2 Watches are pre-owned unless stated otherwise. Each piece is thoroughly inspected, authenticated, and cleaned prior to listing.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a pre-owned item which may display minor signs of previous wear consistent with age and use.
